Round the Bridges

Taking in some of Hamilton’s best known landmarks, the 12km and 6km courses include the scenic Waikato River paths and the iconic Hamilton bridges. Kids event 2km.

Round the Bridges is one of the oldest annually contested events in New Zealand. The event began in 1945 (at the end of WWII) when the Hamilton Harrier Club established a road running race to enable Hamilton residents to witness top New Zealand athletes in action.

Hawks team code hawksrtb2014.  During the online entry process select “join a team” and choose Hamilton City Hawks then enter the team code. Email newsletter@hamiltoncityhawks.co.nz if you have any issues completing a team entry.
