DESCRIPTION:Waihi and Waihi Beach in the southern Coromandel are the impressive setting for the spectacular Nugget Multisport Festival. \nThe Nugget MultiSport Festival began in 2010\, and the event has grown every year since. It brings you all that’s great about being outdoors and active\, and rolls it into an event that anyone can be part of. SUMMARY:Huntly Half Marathon
DESCRIPTION:The event involves the traditional Half Marathon distance of 21.1km which is officially measured and certified under ANZ standards. There is also a 10km\, 5km and RUN kids 2km for Under 16-year-olds. All events have the option of either a Run or Walk. \nThis has been a new course for the past few years and produces fast times. It features a virtually flat single out & back route that follows the mighty Waikato River on completely on sealed roads. This course will only be used for the Half Marathon participants and no other event distances. \nThe Huntly Half Marathon has had a long and enviable history since it started back in March 1981.

DESCRIPTION:It’s a cross country relay upon the grass alongside Cobham Drive\, before the Cobham Bridge.\nA 2km loop where runners are divided into mixed teams of 3 and all run together. One runner drops off each lap. \nThere’s also a kids race\, so bring the family. \nDoors open at 12:30pm. Registrations from then.  Pick teams at 1 pm\, then jog to grass area near Traffic lights north of Cobham Bridge.\nKids race is at 1:15pm. DESCRIPTION:The Sri Chinmoy Marathon Team in Christchurch organise an annual ultramarathon at Hagley Park North in Christchurch\, with this year’s event on Sunday\, 25 Arpil 2021. \nThere are 100km and 50km races\, which follow a 2.5km loop course. The 100km can be run solo\, or as part of a 4 person relay team\, with each team member completing 25km. \nThe 100km Race is an IAU Bronze Label event and incorporates the Athletics New Zealand (link is external) National 100km Championships.
