SUMMARY:Sing Relay
DESCRIPTION:The Sing Relay is a unique two-person fun relay on a 5km course along The Cook course.\n\nThe faster runner runs towards Cobham bridge\, turning around just before the bridge to run back towards the start and meet their other runner\, whilst the slower runner runs up into Memorial gardens around the far tree\, turning to run back towards the start and their team mate.  At the point of meeting\, both runners turn around and run back to finish line the exact way they have just run. The team that takes top honours is the team that has both runners home first.\n\nThis is a relay for all abilities and is loads of fun. You will either run less or more than 5km depending on your ability and that of your team member. Teams will be picked on the day\n\nEither meet at the clubrooms with a warm up run to The Cook start or meet at The Cook start by 1.00pm.  Teams to be sorted at 1.00pm at the start.\nChildren’s 2km race at 1:15pm.\nRelay race starts at 1:30 pm\n\nWe will be heading to The Cook for a drink after the race so please join us.

DESCRIPTION:Come on down to Hamilton Lake Park run – wear your club singlet and spread the news about the amazing club we are! \nHELP REQUIRED…As you may or may not be aware – we are planning a Hawks Parkrun Takeover on Saturday 19th August…And we are on the lookout for volunteers for the morning. \nThe takeover involves our club (Hawks) providing all Parkrun volunteers for the day at the Hamilton Lake Parkrun event. \nSo we need to “fill the roster”…..
