King & Queen of the Mountain

The King and Queen of the Mountain Sat 9th July is now being held up Te Miro Hill on Grey Rd.

So please meet at 12.30 pm at Te Miro School to organize start times, ready for the first runner to start at 1pm. Hopefully, it will be a safer run up a quiet road. Still about a 5km run for adults.

Start time is 1:00pm on Saturday for the first person.
Target finish time is exactly 1:00:00 hour and for runners, the self-handicap is best calculated from a 6km flat road equivalent.

Remember roads are open. All runners to stay on the RIGHT at all times. No crossing the centreline ever. At the finish – you will get an ear-tag with a number. Hold on to it and stay in your finishing order. Keep walking ahead. Give your number and name to someone who will record it.

Distances: 4.8km for full race and 2km for 12 and under.
