Membership of an affiliated running club is NOT essential – all runners who enter can win place medals. Spikes are permitted.

Toilets: by carpark and on the field
Refreshments: Hot food and drinks can be purchase from Lake Taupo Rangers tent or the coffee carts

On-line entries close on the week prior, but on the day entries are available at late fee x 2.
This event is also open to non-club members.
Competitors will be issued with tickets that can be exchanged for a hot drink and muffin at the venue.
