The faster runner runs towards Cobham bridge, turning around just before the bridge to run back towards the start and meet their other runner, whilst the slower runner runs up into Memorial gardens around the far tree, turning to run back towards the start and their team mate.  At the point of meeting, both runners turn around and run back to finish line the exact way they have just run. The team that takes top honours is the team that has both runners home first.

This is a relay for all abilities and is loads of fun. You will either run less or more than 5km depending on your ability and that of your team member. Teams will be picked on the day

Either meet at the clubrooms with a warm up run to The Cook start or meet at The Cook start by 1.00pm.  Teams to be sorted at 1.00pm at the start.

Children’s 2km race at 1:15pm.

Relay race starts at 1:30 pm
