The annual Te Awamutu Golf Course Fun Run is back on and will be held on Saturday 11 April 2026. A great way to ease into the Winter Cross Country Season and/or test your fitness for your winter sports. But the emphasis is on Fun so this is for everyone – not just the serious athletes.
The entire run is on the Golf Course, mostly around the outside but does include a loop through the middle. It is not flat, more gently rolling, and mostly on the fairways so shorter grass, ideal for spikes but not suitable for bikes, buggies, strollers, etc.
There will be no prizegiving after the event this year but we will have spot prizes and some placing prizes for the Student Run sponsored by Allen Brears of Waipa Kitchen Instalations.

Everyone starts together at 9.30am and you do 1, 2 or 3 laps.
