Sing Relay Night time reduction relay
Pack run for all levels, social hour afterwards. Showers available, drinks and nibbles afterwards. This is a 1km loop teams start will all runners and at the end of each lap 1 runner drops off. Depending upon numbers the teams could be 3 or 4 person. Base Manager: Glenn Sexton
