Gilchrist Rose Bowl

Hawks Road and XC Clubrooms Hamilton City Hawks Grantham Street, Hamilton

Fun cross country held on the grassed area on the eastern side of he Hamilton Lake.

Reduction Relay

Hawks Road and XC Clubrooms Hamilton City Hawks Grantham Street, Hamilton

Relay where runners run, 1,2 or 3 laps of a 2km course, and one runner drops off each lap.

Club Cross Country Champs

Minogue Park Minogue Park, Forest Lake, Hamilton

This is a major event on the club calendar each year. Held at Minogue Park, meeting next to the miniature railway, at the end of Tui Avenue.

WAIBOP Cross Country Champs

Clubs gather from the Waikato Bay of Plenty to compete.

North Island Cross Country Champs

Spa Thermal Park Spa Road, Taupo, New Zealand

This is a great annual event, even for those who are not that comfortable running cross country, as it covers rolling park-like grounds and is well drained underfoot.

Waiwhakareke Random Relay

Waiwhakareke Natural Heritage Park Baverstock, Hamilton, New Zealand

Random teams of 3 running 2.2km laps of the reserve. Teams will be picked on the day.

Sweeney Cup

This is a very popular event on the Hawks calendar.

National Cross Country Champs

North Hagley Park, Christchurch 14 Riccarton Avenue, Christchurch, New Zealand

This year the National Cross Country Champs will be held in Napier.

Sing Relay

Memorial Park 52 Memorial Dr, Hamilton East, Hamilton

The Sing Relay is a unique two-person fun relay on a 5km course.

Lake Kainui Relay

Lake D, Horsham Downs Lake D, Horsham Downs, Hamilton, New Zealand

This is a fun 3 person mixed relay event around the picturesque Lake Kainui (Lake D) at Horsham Downs

National Road Champs

Looped course around the Architectural Glass Products site in Cambridge.

Club Road Champs

Roger Kaui Place Roger Kaui Place, Burbush, Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand

The venue for this will be again at the footpath alongside Mangaharakeke Drive.
