The 8th annual Tarawera Ultramarathon will be on 6 February, 2016. 1320 Runners entered in the 100, 85, 60k or relay events will complete a course that will take them around four lakes, through many forests, past waterfalls and some of the most stunning scenery in the world, from Rotorua to Kawerau in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. – See more at: www.taraweraultra.co.nz
