Distances: 4.8km for full race and 2km for 12 and underTypically both races are handicapped starts. Target finish time is 52:00 and for runners the self-handicap is best calculated from a 6km flat road equivalent. Please bring a plate for afternoon tea as our contribution towards the event, which will be back at Cambridge Harriers club rooms.
